An air-raid alarm occurred during the night and the attendance dropped to-day by 30 after standing at over 95% for a month. The result of the Grading Exam. was received this morning. 17 children are offered special places. Pamela Dewar is top of the Whitley Area with a scale mark of 507.

22 June 1940

Saturday. St. IIa & IIb should have attended school this morning, but only 14 were present owing to air-raids in the night. They were sent home.
