The School opened for full-time education at 9.0 am. this being possible by the fact that three additional Shelters had been completed.
The pupils were given their places in the Shelters and a full scale Air Raid Practice was taken in the afternoon
The school is organised in 4 classes on the plan submitted to the L.E.A. by Master Burnham acting Head. previous to my appointment on August 19 40.
