15 June 1934

On Thursday afternoon session closed at 4.15pm in order to visit the Theatre to see "Little Women". The master has been late in arriving at school a few time during the week owing to indisposition. To-day from 2 pm Miss M.M.P. Morley - Needlework supervisor - inspected all the needlework of all the girls. Attendance Officer has reported a few time during the week. Weekly attendance = 94.2%

22 June 1934

War Savings on Monday = 10/6. Attendance Officer reported on Monday and to-day. Miss Dunlop - Physical Instructor of N.C.C. - called this afternoon and saw Classes II b and IV and V girls grouped. The Grading Examination List for 1934 was received this morning, and it appears that our children have done as follows
Boys . Girls.
Special Places -- 6 .... 4
Qualifying Standard .. 15 ---- 13
Weekly attendance = 94.9%
Monthly " = 94.3%
Quarterly " = 92.1%
School closes at 4.30pm to-day for RACE-WEEK HOLIDAY. Term Examinations have been continued during this week.
