Nurse Turnbull in School today for cleanliness inspection.
Once more I have to record a low School Attendance due primarily to children having mumps. School attendance is 88.4%.

Headmaster leaves School at 3.10p.m. in order to attend County Hall to assist in scrutiny of Grading Exam scripts (Dec 1951)

Headmaster leaves School at 3.0p.m. for same reason as stated in 21.1.52.

Mrs Margaret Hazon absent today with a cold. Miss M. C Smith & Miss U.Y. Faggetter leave School at 3.30p.m. with a party of 20 children to see a play by the Arena Theatre Players at the North'd. Baths Hall, Newcastle on Tyne. (By permission of the North'd. Ed. Committee.)
