National Savings = 5/6. On Tuesday ~ 15th inst. the Headmaster was absent attending a one-day COURSE at Shiremoor Senior C. School on "AIR RAID PRECAUTIONS" (See MEMORANDUM on Air Raid Precautions) A slight modification of the Time-Table was necessary on Thursday afternoon, owing to the "OPEN DAY" in the Infants' Dept. . Weekly attendance = 93.7. Monthly " = 94.36 METER } Water 5,396,000 READINGS } Electric ... 1295 upstairs 1443 downstairs Gas ... 1,050,000. At 4.30 p.m. to-day the school is closed for the RACE WEEK HOLIDAY.
