Mr Treble visited the school this morning for the purpose of giving instructions relating to the Student-Teachers, and of suggesting an extension of the Scripture Syllabus.

Charles. H. Crabb to-day terminated his appointment as Uncertificated Assistant.

Mr Eltringham visited the School this morning. Attendance this week only 78.9%. 51 children absent throughout whole week, chiefly owing to absence from home.

Attendance still shows only a partial recovery to 85.8%. 33 children still absent throughout entire week, chiefly on holiday.

School closed to-day for the usual altumnal holiday of one day. Attendance this week reached 93.5%.
