The second quarter of the School year terminated to-day. During the quarter, the average number on the books has been 232, the average number present 212, and the percentage 91.4%.

In anticipation of the School Concert, additional attention will, at brief intervals be devoted to music, during the first four days of this week.

5 November 1909

School closed to-day on the occasion of the School Concert. Gross receipts £27. Expenses £10. Balance to be devoted to School purposes £17.

School library installed to-day, consisting of a book cupboard to hold 200 volumes, and a set of 62 volumes suitable for boys and girls. Total cost, £4..19..0 defrayed from funds raised at recent Concert. No on books this week 222. Average 206. Percentage 92.8%

School lantern received to-day, the cost £12, being defrayed from funds raised by Concert. Serious drop in attendance, from 207 yesterday to 188 this morning owing to Storm. No on books 225. Average 204.6. Percentage 90.9%
