Mrs Beesley & Miss Bale, two students from Alnwick Training College (Women) visit School today a.m. & p.m. to generally observe the Classes at work. This is part of their preliminary training.
Miss C. M. Garrard, L.E.A. Domestic Science Organiser, in telephone conversation with the Headmaster this morning, suggested that it would be advisable to remove light Canteen Equipment from Buist's Garage where building construction is taking place in preparation for a School Canteen. It was agreed that it should be stored in a suitable School Shelter.- 16 June 1949
