I attended Whitley R.C. School as Superintendent at Practising Exam. All Staff of South Junior were present as helpers under Mr. T.C. Waite of Park Junior.

Letter from Director's Office about return of beds. As 2 tier "Cano" Bed waste overlays and 2 hollows to come instead. An Alert sounded at 10.50 a.m. All clear 11.20 a.m. Joint Staff Meeting of Infants and Juniors to arrange Day Duty Fire Guard for Easter. Roof space thoroughly explored with Mrs. Ayre. Ladder placed in position. The two women on Staff can handle ladder.
