National Savings = 10/-. Attendance Officer called on Monday. 21st inst. at 3.45pm. The schedules for the Grading Examination, in duplicate, were sent to the correspondent yesterday. Weekly attendance = 86.8%

4 March 1938

National Savings = 17/6. Attendance Officer called last Monday at 11.40am. Yesterday morning the Representative of Cassells, and Manager of the local labour exchange called. Weekly attendance = 88.3%. Term Examinations are continuing.

11 March 1938

National Savings = 10/-. Attendance Officer reported at 3.30 on Monday 7th inst. Miss Bell is absent today... Monday 7th... (Tonsillitis). Weekly attendance = 89.2%. Miss Bell's absence has continued all the week & her class IIb has been taken by the Headmaster. METER READINGS ... Water... 5,946,000 Electric... Departure 2,073 / Injection 1,826 Gas ... 1,132,000

National Savings = 7/-. Miss Bell's absence has continued all the week. Attendance Officer reported on Monday (2.45pm) and again on Friday 10.45am. As far as possible, Term Examinations have continued.

National Savings = 6/-. Evelyn Thompson began duty as a 'supply' C.A. and was put in charge of Class IIb on Monday, 21/3/38. Attendance Officer reported on 21/3/38 " " " 24/3/38
