Examined Registers IIIb IIc + IIa found correct

2 March 1934

War Savings = 12/6. Attendance Officer called on Monday and Friday. Weekly Attendance = 94·7%. S. Albrecht Esq. checked Registers of Classes IIIa, IIIb, IIa on Wednesday. Miss Dunlop - Assist. Physical Training Supervisor - called on Tuesday (2 - 4 pm). Rev. E. Jenkins, Vicar of St. Paul's called on Friday at 3.30pm.

9 March 1934

War Saving = 10/-. On Wednesday at 1.50 pm Mr. Charles Nuttall, N.C.E.C. called re Time Book, Time Table etc. Miss Alexander and Miss Dunlop both called this afternoon re Physical Display Class IIa. Heating apparatus failed to day and pipes were cold. Weekly attendance = 94.2%.

16 March 1934

War Savings = 8/6. Miss Dunlop, P.T. Supervisor, Mr. Davis, N.C.C. Building Inspector and Mr. Jackson, Attendance Officer all called to day - the 12th. Pipes were again cold on Monday morning, but were fairly warm by Monday afternoon, and were kept going during the remainder of the week. Owing to cold wind and heavy rain the attendance fell to 90.5%

23 March 1934

War Savings = 8/6. Attendance Officer called on Monday and again to-day. 126 Volumes are now in the
