War Savings totalled 8/6 on Monday. Miss Turnbull, Sch. Nurse, inspected all children on Tuesday, beginning at 10.15am. WH Proctor. boy. checked Registers etc. on Wednesday am. Weekly attendance = 93.6%. Race Week Holiday begins at 4.30 pm. to day. TERM EXAM. work has been continuing during the week.

School re-opened on Monday with a full staff and an excellent attendance. Mr W. Burnham received permission to be absent on the afternoon of Wednesday to attend a Convocation at Armstrong College. Examination Work has continued steadily during the week. Re "Grading Examination" REPORT, 9 boys and 7 girls have been awarded "SPECIAL PLACES", while other 16 boys and 10 girls have passed. as Fee-Payers.
