…children come from good homes, so that there is good material on which to build, but the school succeeds in directing the natural ability along the right lines. The work generally is good, and some of it, especially in English, reaches a high standard. In the Junior Divisions sound foundations are laid and good preparation made for beginning work of a more advanced nature in the Senior Division. In the three Senior Classes the children are being trained to think for themselves, and are willing and able to express themselves clearly, patiently and at length.
