Mr Parrack (Std 6) absent on leave to-day for purpose of interview in connection with a vacant headship at Slaggyford.

23 December 1921

The Third Quarter of the School year terminated to-day. The average attendance during this period has been 286.9 and the percentage 90.9%
School closed at 4 p.m for the usual Xmas holiday (two weeks).

9 January 1922

School re-opened this morning. No. on books now reduced to 296.

13 January 1922

Poor attendance on Monday (262) has [crossed out] declined, till this afternoon it has fallen to 229. This is due apparently to the spread of the influenza epedemic.

16 January 1922

Mrs Ingram absent to-day owing to illness. Attendance to-day still worse, reaching only 70%.

20 January 1922

Attendance this week only 65%.

23 January 1922

Mr A. Mills, H.M. Assistant Inspector of Schools, visited the school to-day.

24 January 1922

Mrs Ingram returned to school after an absence of six days.
