Attendance has now recovered its normal condition. The number on the books is 339 of whom only 12 have been absent throughout the entire week. Average = 316 (= 93.2%)

Mr Treble visited the School this morning for the purpose of supervising the work of the Student-teacher, Frances. E. Binks.
The school was closed to-day for the usual Autumn Week Holiday

In addition to those previously mentioned, one girl — Daisy McDonald-has been awarded a County Council Scholarship. In consequence of my inability to conduct the usual term examination (owing to staff shortage) I have requested each teacher to conduct that examination with respect to his or her own class. The papers will be marked by the respective teachers and the results tabulated in the record book.
