Miss Tait is absent with nervous debility. Mrs Wakenshaw began as a supply.

Miss Parramore finished work today having obtained leave of absence to nurse her mother.

I sent Jean Sager to the clinic about her arm. She has complained of its soreness since immunisation on 14.4.47. Formerly there was no sign of redness, etc. but today the upper arm was hard and she could not straighten it. Nurse attended to it, but sent note to the father to take Jean to Dr. I, also, communicated with her Auntie because Mr Sager is a widower and at work all day.
