Today I attended a health lecture at Gosforth Girls' School from 1.30 — On Friday, 3rd, the school dentist examined teeth of all children present.

This morning at playtime a boy in class 1. threw his blackboard and cut a little girl's forehead. It was bathed with disinfectant & a plaster put on. Miss Tait was out of the room helping some little ones off with their macs.

School was closed today for Grading Exam.

A cleanliness inspection was carried out by the school nurse today. She states that though there is very little actual dirt, there is a general grubbiness in some cases.
