Examined and Checked registers of Classes I & III and found them all Correct.

29 June 1943

With the consent of the managers the children were entertained by a 'Punch & Judy' show this afternoon. A collection of £2 - 6 - 3 was taken for the Stalingrad Hospital Fund.

8 July 1943

Miss Harvey has leave of absence in order to make a school visit in connection with the Froebel Course

Absent with influenza & tonsilitis — A brief

School closed for one month for the summer holiday. Forty-two children were transferred to the Junior Department

23 August 1943

School re-opened today. The school has been colour-washed throughout during the holiday.

A special gasmask inspection was carried out by A.R.P. Wardens today.

3 September 1943

Today Kenneth Wilson was bitten on the face by a dog in the playground He was sent home.
