The school closed on Friday June 16th for the Race Week holiday & reopened today.

School closed today for the midsummer holiday.

School re-opened today. Sixty one children have been transferred to the Junior Department. Miss Henderson, a student who is going to Durham College in September, is here for a fortnight, for practice & observation in teaching methods.

Mr. Charles Nuttall, Assistant Director of Education, visited school today. He talked with Miss Henderson & heard her ask questions in Class 2.
