As the school is required for Election purposes, two days next week, it is thought advisable to depart from the usual timetable and take 3 R's during the rest of the week ending Feb. 15th.

Miss Morley visited school this afternoon to inspect the needlework.

Miss M. Bloor terminates her appointment here today. She has been released by the Education Committee in order that she may take up an appointment in Newcastle. LB.
The attendance today has been only 53%. This is due to the bad weather and heavy fall of snow.

18 February 1929 · LB

Miss Miriam Black has commenced duties today as Supply teacher in place of Miss Bloor.
Miss Heurtson has obtained leave of absence this afternoon to attend an interview at Hexham.
