This school has been re-opened to-day. 177 children have been transferred from the North Council Infant and Junior School - 34 new children have been admitted making a total of 211 on the books.

8 September 1919

Miss E Burn was absent this morning owing to a bilious attack - she returned to duty this afternoon.

I have re-organised the classes to-day - as I was under the impression that the school ranged from babies to St. II, and that the numbers were fairly high, I had made five classes. I found however that the highest class was St I and that the numbers were much smaller than I expected - I have therefore arranged the school
