There are 100 children absent this afternoon. There are six cases of measles reported & the remainder are cases of chill & bad colds, & two known cases of mumps.

Five students from Armstrong College commenced practical teaching this morning. They will be in attendance at this school for two weeks.

The attendance is bad 75.7% this week. The attendance has been going steadily down for some time. There are many cases again of measles - some of influenza - and several are absent through bad colds, & the weather conditions.
