Miss Annie P. Hall is absent owing to the death of her brother.

Severe thunder storm - so many children wet through, & had to be sent home. The attendance & working of the school seriously interfered with. There are only 143 children present out of 233 on the roll. There are 63 less in attendance this afternoon than there were this children present this morning.
